with the vision to combine a senior management consulting business and a
group of industrial companies, both benefiting from the sharing of management
know-how and business experience. |

Dydesys SAS, an independent
company, is the legal entity driving the overall organization.
Dydesys Management, a wholly-owned subsidiary, is
the consulting arm. It has developped since 1998, by serving executive
teams of large and small corporations or private equity investors
in various fields of industrial equipment and services. |

will hold all industrial investments made by Dydesys. A first initiative
was taken in 2002, with Adeltys, a company dedicated
to third-party services in the field of professional electronics and

Jean-Pierre Sirieys,
President founder
Has 25 years of experience in high-technology industries, combining line
management roles and business strategy consulting. He was deputy general
manager of a subsidiary of Alcatel when, in 1998, he decided to establish
and develop Dydesys.
Jean-Pierre is a telecommunication engineer by education and has a business
management degree from CEDEP, Paris.

Marc Pinsolle,
Partner
After 3 years spent as project manager for a mobile operator in France and
for France Telecom abroad, Marc has worked as a senior-consultant in strategy
and management. He holds a MSc in general engineering (Ecole Centrale, Paris)
and an MBA from INSEAD, Paris.

Vincent Robert,
Partner
Vincent has been a senior-consultant with Ernst and Young, working mainly
with start-up’s and medium-sized companies. Before that, he has worked
as a project manager in a holding structure, investing in small industrial
companies. Vincent is a mechanical engineer by education and has a business
management degree from HEC, Paris.

Dydesys' industrial
investments are selected according to simple guidelines :
• business to business activity – products, systems or services,
• high-tech content,
• potential for turn-around or international business development,
• relation to selected markets – telecoms, electronics,
microtechnologies, mechanics –.
In 2002, Dydesys achieved its first investment initiative by
setting-up Adeltys, a third-party service business
in the field of professional electronics and telecommunications.
Dydesys is now looking for other acquisition opportunities to grow and consolidate
the development of Adeltys, and to initiate a second build-up in a field
of interest. |
